World Cup Controversy
The United States has been eliminated form the World Cup, if anyone out there cares. The US team, after a loss to the Czech Republic tied Italy and lost to Ghana. How could the US lose to Ghana? Simply put the referee. Minutes after we tied Ghana the ref called a foul in the penalty box giving Ghana a penalty kick, and what do you know they made it. In the Italy game minutes after we tied them, the ref issued a red card to one of our players after having already done the same to Italy. So we were playing 10 on 10. Then only minutes later issued the second yellow card to one of our players, putting us down a man, now having to play 9 on 10. The only red card of the game that should have been issued was to the Italian player for putting a elbow to the face of one of the US players drawing blood. Let’s face everybody, the world hates the US and I believe there was a conspiracy against the US. The only thing the world is better at than the US is soccer, and we are getting better every year. I can’t express to everybody out there how pissed I am. If the last two games had been called fairly maybe we would have lost one of them, but the world is determined to prevent us from making our mark in soccer. Even if you don’t like soccer you should be concerned, because it is another example of anti-americanism. We have faults no doubt, but no country comes close to our greatness.
