By lunchtime, officers had made 106 arrests, collected 33 guns and announced they had broken an international gun ring run by the notorious Jamestown Crew<!-- start photo --><\/p>\n<p><!-- intro: Canada's new Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper is making good on a campaign promise to dismantle Canada's gun registry.
